Meeting and Study Rooms

Reserving a Meeting Room (The How-To Guide):


  1. Please read our Guidelines for Public Use of the Meeting Rooms before reserving a room.
  2. When you are ready to make a reservation, click on the link below to access our room reservations page.
  3. Use the left sidebar to choose which branch & room you wish to reserve.
  4. Once you have chosen the branch & room, choose the date you want by clicking on your date in the calendar at the top left corner.
  5. Once you are in the date you want, click the checkbox(s), under the select column, for the times you wish to reserve the room. If no checkbox is available then the room is not available at that time.
  6. After you have selected the branch,room, date and times, click continue at the bottom of the page.
  7. The next page will be a form which needs to be filled in.
  8. Check to make sure the information you entered is correct and then click on "Submit Request"
  9. A page will pop up stating that your request has been submitted and You have reserved a meeting room!

In order to use The Studio, first you must be trained. Please email to set up an appointment for a brief training.

Once you’ve been trained, please click here to reserve The Studio. Your reservation will be pending until approved. We will contact you if there is a problem with your reservation.
