Library Guidelines

Mesa Public Library wishes to foster a climate of respect, comfort and welcome within library facilities for all library patrons and staff. In its creation of library guidelines, the Mesa Public Library subscribes fully to the principles adopted by the American Library Association in its Library Bill of Rights.
