Welcome to the Mesa Public Library on Social Media!

Purpose:
The Mesa Public Library has established social media sites primarily in order to connect with Library users and inform them about Library programs, events (including those co-sponsored with other organizations), and materials, and to encourage dialogue between users and the Library.

Postings:
The Library does not endorse or take responsibility for content on external sites, whether posted by the Library or by third parties. By posting on the Library’s social media sites, you give the Library permission to use your name, profile picture, and the content of any posting you make without compensation to you or liability on the part of the Library. Users agree to abide by the Library’s Policy for Use of the Internet as applicable. Employees must follow the guidelines set forth in the City of Mesa’s employee Information Security & Computer Use Policy. Further guidelines are available on the City of Mesa's Policy & Disclaimer site. Comments and posts are moderated by library staff that may deny or remove submissions or comments at their sole discretion.

Privacy:
Be smart when it comes to your personal privacy on the internet! Don’t post personally identifying information about yourself or others, and educate yourself on the privacy settings of each social media platform.

Questions and Concerns:
Users may report concerns or questions regarding the Library’s social media sites to VirtualLibrarian@mesaaz.gov.

We look forward to connecting with you!
