Policy for Replacement Copies

Mesa Public Library will accept a replacement copy for lost or damaged materials provided the replacement is in new condition. The library retains the right to decline any item(s) offered for replacement.

• The replacement copy’s ISBN MUST match that of the lost or ruined item.
• Lost or ruined audiovisual items must be replaced in their entirety, and must be shrink-wrapped.
• A $5.00 processing charge will be charged for replacement copies. There is no processing fee if the item’s replacement cost is listed as less than $4.99.
